Southeastern Insurance was started as a family-owned business with the intention of giving people a local alternative to the national chains. We also knew that being locked into one company’s rates didn’t give the customer the benefit of a lower premium, if it was available elsewhere. Our goal has, and always will be, to put the best interest of the customer first. It’s the right way, and it’s our way.

Every year, when a customer’s policy is up for renewal, we re-quote them. What that means is every year we’re going to search for the best price possible for your coverage needs. If a better price exists from an insurer we know and trust, we are going to make sure you know about it. We want you to be aware of all of your options.

We are focused, one hundred percent, on the customers needs. If you are in another state and suddenly find out your truck needs additional coverage, we’re going to work as fast as we can to get you back on the road so you don’t lose any time. If you have a building contract that has a sharp deadline and an insurance issue develops, we’re going to take the necessary steps to get it taken care of so you can get your project back on track.
